Integration event: The Combination of Siemens Healthineers and Varian – Day One Digital Event

Siemens Healthineers acquired Varian Medical Systems in April 2021, and to launch their partnership, the executives organized The Combination of Siemens Healthineers and Varian – Day One Digital Event. The event aimed to create a feeling of unity among all colleagues, despite the different cultures and sizes of the two companies. The event team faced challenges but came up with creative solutions, resulting in the Varian Day One event winning the Best Interdisciplinary Team award at the ICE Awards in Munich.
